சமூக ஊடகங்களுக்கான உள்ளடக்க உருவாக்கம், மேடை மற்றும் தொலைக்காட்சி நாடகங்கள், பள்ளிகளுக்கான பட்டறைகள் முதலியவற்றின்மூலம் தமிழ், ஆங்கில மொழிகளின்மீது பற்றையும் அம்மொழிகளின் முக்கியத்துவத்தையும் பரப்புவதற்குத் திரு ரகுவரன் கடந்த முப்பது ஆண்டுகள் தீவிரமாகவும் முனைப்புடனும் உழைத்து வருகிறார்.

Profile

Mr Raguvaran has worked hard for almost three decades to spread the love and importance for Tamil and English in various forms, such as content creation for social media, stage and television dramas, and workshops for schools. Mr Ragu is a well-established and much sought television personality. He is also an experienced theatre performer and has conducted many workshops for children.

இடைக்காலத்தைச் சேர்ந்த ஒரு ராஜா, காலத்தின் வழியாகப் பயணம் மேற்கொண்டு, மொழியை முற்றிலும் வேறுபட்ட முறையில் பேசும் ஒரு கூட்டத்தினரைச் சந்திப்பார். அவர் சில சொற்றொடர்களை எப்படிச் சொல்லக் கற்றுக்கொண்டார் என்பதைப் பகிர்ந்துகொள்ளும்போது, தற்போதைய பேச்சு மொழியைப்பற்றி நன்கு தெரிந்துகொள்ள முயல்வார். பின்னர், ராஜா அவர் காலத்தின் பாணியில் ஒரு கதையை முன்வைத்து ஒரு சவால் நடவடிக்கையில் மாணவர்களை ஈடுபடுத்துவார். மேலும், நிகழ்ச்சி முடிவதற்குள் இந்நடவடிக்கையை முடிக்க வேண்டும். குழந்தைகளுடன் ஒரு நாளை மனநிறைவாகக் கழித்த பிறகு, அவர் தமது மக்களுடன் மொழியின் எதிர்காலப் பயன்பாட்டைப்பற்றிப் பகிர்ந்துகொள்ள மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் புறப்படுவார். அதே நேரத்தில் மொழியின் கடந்த காலப் புழக்கத்தைத் தங்கள் நண்பர்கள், குடும்பத்தினர் ஆகியோருடன் பகிர்ந்துகொள்ளுமாறு அவர் குழந்தைகளைக் கேட்டுக்கொள்வார்.

Synopsis

This sharing provides a light-hearted entertainment for participants. It is about a king who travels through time and bumps into a crowd whose language and accent are completely different to his own.  He tries to familiarize himself with this crowd’s language while sharing how he learnt to say certain words and phrases. The king then decides to challenge the children to present a story in his style of speaking while he presents the story in their style. This challenge must be completed by the end of the programme. After a satisfying day with the children, he happily departs to share the future use of language with his people, while requesting that the children to share stories from the past.
