திருமதி சரோஜினி பத்மநாதன், நம்மிடையே பிரபலமான பேச்சாளர், பெற்றோருக்கான பயிற்றுவிப்பாளர். சிறப்பான திருமண வாழ்வு, பெற்றோர் பிள்ளை வளர்ப்பில் மேற்கொள்ளவேண்டிய அத்தியாவசிய உத்திகள், மகிழ்ச்சியான குடும்பம் எப்படி இருக்கவேண்டும் முதலிய பொருண்மைகளில் நாட்டம் கொண்டவர். இவர் தேசிய அளவிலான பல நிகழ்வுகளில் உரையாற்றியுள்ளார். தற்போது இவர் பொதுச் சேவைத்துறையில் பணியாற்றுகிறார். பயிற்றுவிப்பில் முதுகலைப் பட்டம் பெற்றுள்ள இவர், குடும்பவியல் படிப்பில் பட்டயமும் பெற்றுள்ளார்; பெற்றோருக்கான பயிலரங்குகளை நடத்துவதில் பயிற்சியும் பெற்றுள்ளார். பொதுத்தொண்டு புரிவதில் நாட்டம் கொண்ட இவர், தேசிய அளவிலான பல அமைப்புகளில் அங்கம் வகிக்கிறார். அமைதித் தூதர் (Justice of Peace) என்னும் அங்கீகாரம் 2020-இல், நம் அதிபரால் இவருக்கு அளிக்கப்பட்டது. இவர் தமிழ்மொழியின்மீது மிகுந்த பற்றுள்ளவர். திருமதி சரோஜினி பத்மநாதன் தம்பதியருக்கு மூன்று பெண் பிள்ளைகளும் ஒரு பேத்தியும் உள்ளனர்.

Profile

Mrs Sarojini Padmanathan is a well-known motivational speaker who is passionate about delivering public speeches and educating fellow parents on child upbringing and maintaining a happy marriage. She has participated in several national-level panel discussions and spoken at conferences. Currently, she is working with the Singapore public service. She holds a Master of Business Administration Degree with specialisation in Training and Development, and a Diploma in Family Life Education. She has received numerous awards and accolades, including her latest appointment as a Justice of Peace. Sarojini is happily married with three lovely grown-up daughters and a granddaughter. She has great passion for the Tamil language.

Synopsis

Parents play a crucial role as their child’s first teachers. This session aims to provide effective strategies to help children flourish in the wonderland of spoken and written Tamil. Parents can collaborate with their children’s school and teachers to develop strategies that cultivate positive learning habits for Tamil language. During this session, participants will have the opportunity to explore different strategies that can be used at home to enhance the child’s learning, as well as discover creative ways to provide learning opportunities for children through varied activities.
