尹俪颖老师相信，幼儿是快乐和好奇的学习者，他们渴望探索未知的世界。她积极创设探究情境，通过深入的对话、细致的观察引导幼儿解答自己心中的疑惑。尹老师擅长发问。她通过开放式的问题，启发幼儿思考，拓展他们的探究范围。在她的指导下，幼儿大胆、自信，能轻松愉快地参与具有适度的挑战性的活动。

尹老师是一位充满激情的学前华文教师。她重视让平时少讲华语或不讲华语的幼儿说出自己的想法和观点。她充分运用儿歌、动作、乐器辅助等方法帮助幼儿理解，并注意联系幼儿的日常经验，充满热忱地引导幼儿参与讨论，激发他们参与活动的兴趣和愿望。

Ms Woon Poh Leng believes that young children are happy and curious learners who are eager to explore the unknown world. She actively creates inquiry-based situations and guides children to answer their own questions through in-depth conversations and careful observation. Ms Woon is skilled at questioning techniques. She uses open-ended questions to inspire children to think and expand their scope of inquiry. Under her guidance, children are bold, confident, and able to participate in moderately challenging activities with ease.

Ms Woon is a passionate preschool Chinese language teacher. She emphasises the importance of letting children who usually speak little or no Mandarin (check) to express their own ideas and opinions. She makes full use of children's songs, movements, and musical instruments to help children understand, pays attention to connecting children's daily experiences, guides them to participate in discussions with enthusiasm, and stimulates their interest and desire to take part in activities.

Ms Woon reads with the children every day as she wants to cultivate good reading habits of children from a young age. She believes that reading is an integral part of the children's life, and she sows a seed of love for Chinese reading in their hearts.
