魏秀蓉老师拥有十七年的学前教学经验,目前担任新加坡教育部幼儿园主导教师,执教于新加坡教育部幼儿园(湾景)。她曾荣获“杰出学前母语教师奖”,并接受《联合早报》、Today、Beanstalk等报章和杂志媒体的采访。
安宏老师拥有十二年的学前华文教学经验,目前在教育部幼儿园(远景)担任高级教师。她曾在“培育幼儿”网站上发表创意活动点子,并在《联合早报》发表有关幼小衔接的文章。
褚亚囡老师拥有十八年的学前教学经验,目前是教育部幼儿园(维林)的高级华文教师。
Profile
Mdm Wei Xiurong has seventeen years of teaching experience in Preschools as a Chinese language teacher. She currently holds the position of Lead Teacher at MOE Kindergarten @ Punggol Cove. Mdm Wei was a recipient of the Outstanding Pre-school Mother Tongue Language Teacher Award. She has also been interviewed and featured in newspaper articles and magazines such as ‘Lianhe Zaobao’, ‘Today’, and ‘Beanstalk’.
Mdm An Hong has twelve years of teaching experience in Preschools as a Chinese teacher. She is currently a Senior Teacher at MOE Kindergarten @ North Vista. She has designed creative activities which were featured on the ‘NEL’ website. She has also published an article in ‘Lianhe Zaobao’ on children’s transition from Preschool to primary school.
Mdm Chu Yanan has eighteen years of Preschool teaching experience, and is currently a Chinese Language Senior teacher at MOE Kindergarten @ Westwood.

教育部幼儿园的教师们针对差异教学策略的两大方向,从多元游戏和分层活动入手,让每一个孩子都能获得华文学习的成功体验。在多元游戏中,教师通过具探索性的问题激发幼儿的兴趣。教师观察幼儿在解决问题过程中表现出的差异性,鼓励幼儿探索解决问题的新方法,并且有自信地表达看法与感受。在分层语言活动中,教师观察并根据每一个孩子的准备度,对游戏与活动的内容和设计做出差异化的处理。三位讲员期待与学前华文教师进一步探索差异教学的课题,通过交流探索改善教学法的方式。教师们希望每一个孩子能勇敢应对各种挑战,快乐学华文。
Synopsis
The socio-linguistic context in Singapore presents a unique challenge to how each child learns Chinese language. As children come from diverse linguistic backgrounds, preschool educators need to tailor their teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs. At MOE Kindergartens, teachers employ differentiated instruction, focusing on varied play and tiered language activities, to facilitate Chinese language acquisition.
Through varied play experiences, teachers engage children using thought-provoking questions, inviting them to problem-solve, and encouraging them to express their ideas and feelings confidently. Tiered language activities allow teachers to gauge each child’s readiness for language learning and adjust the content, process, outcomes and environment accordingly. These approaches ensure that children progress happily and confidently in their language development.
This sharing session aims to delve deeper into understanding differentiated instruction and fostering pedagogical growth. By embracing differentiated practices, we empower every child to navigate through their individual challenges and enjoy learning Chinese language.
